Delivery is quoted live from your exact destination, complete packed order, and the eligible tracked services returned by our shipping provider.
Available delivery choices and their current prices appear during checkout before Stripe opens. Where more than one service is eligible, you can compare them and choose the one you prefer.
Delivery is calculated once for the complete parcel, never as a separate charge on each product.
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, local taxes, and carrier clearance fees. These charges are not included in the delivery price and are payable by the recipient unless checkout expressly says that duties are included.
No free-delivery threshold is currently active.
02Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to our listed destinations across Europe, the United Kingdom, North America, Africa, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, and New Zealand.

03How long does shipping take?
Delivery timing varies by destination and carrier. Tracking details will be included in your dispatch confirmation when available. If timing is important, contact Customer Care before ordering.
04Can I return my order?
EU customers may notify us within 14 days of delivery that they wish to withdraw from an online purchase. Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons lose that right once opened. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we agree otherwise. Contact Customer Care before sending anything back.
05My package says delivered but I haven’t received it.
Check the tracking link in your dispatch email and confirm the delivery address. If the parcel still cannot be found, email support@iyrallicious.com with your order reference so the delivery can be investigated.
