Live tracked delivery prices
Before you pay, checkout shows the selected carrier’s current quoted shipping cost, including applicable invoice VAT and charges included in that quote. We add no shipping markup or surcharge allowance. Pickup and home delivery are separate choices; we never switch between them without your agreement.
Delivery is priced for your complete packed order and full destination address. At checkout, we request the currently eligible tracked services, show every available home-delivery choice from lowest price upward, and show available nearby pickup points separately.
The delivery choice you select is added once to the order total and charged in euros through Stripe exactly as displayed. It is never added separately to each product. No free-delivery threshold is currently active.
Live prices are held briefly. If the address, bag, packed order, or quote validity changes before Stripe opens, checkout requires a fresh calculation. A completed order is never silently repriced because a carrier later changes its rate.
For planning, delivery weight includes the products and their outer packaging, compared with dimensional weight where the delivery service requires it. These planning estimates are not customs weights: the shipment placed on the dispatch scale and the purchased carrier label remain authoritative.
A carrier adjustment not caused by a customer-requested address or service change is not added to an order after payment. If the verified live label quote exceeds the delivery amount already collected, the order is held and no label is purchased. We contact the customer before fulfilment rather than charging them unexpectedly or absorbing an uncovered carrier cost.

We currently deliver to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Poland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, and New Zealand.
Dispatch and delivery time
Any delivery estimate communicated at checkout or in the order confirmation is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise. If no different period is agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded, subject to the remedies available under applicable consumer law.
Tracking information is sent after dispatch when the chosen service provides it. Delivery can take longer during launches, public holidays, customs processing, adverse weather, or carrier disruption.
Customs and import charges
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, local taxes, and carrier clearance fees. These charges are not included in the delivery price and are payable by the recipient unless checkout expressly says duties are included. Customs processes can delay delivery.
Address accuracy
Enter the complete delivery address exactly as it should appear on the parcel. Email support@iyrallicious.com immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee a change after dispatch, and additional carrier costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged where the law permits.
Loss, damage, and delivery risk
Iyrallicious remains responsible for the parcel until you, or a person you nominate, takes physical possession, except where you independently commission a carrier not offered by us. If a parcel is damaged, missing, or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact Customer Care promptly with the order reference and tracking details so it can be investigated.
