1. Seller and scope

These terms apply to consumer purchases made through iyrallicious.com from:

SIREN 100 629 401; SIRET 100 629 401 00017. Customer Care: support@iyrallicious.com.

By confirming the terms at checkout and submitting payment on Stripe, you confirm that you are legally able to enter the purchase contract. Mandatory rights provided by the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.

2. Products

Product pages describe the essential characteristics, shade, format, and price of each available item. Screens and lighting can alter colour perception, so imagery is a guide rather than a guarantee that every display will reproduce a shade identically.

Packaging may be updated without changing the essential product. Follow the ingredients, warnings, use-by information, and directions printed on the product you receive. Stop use and seek appropriate advice if irritation occurs.

3. Price and payment

Prices are displayed in euros. Any tax legally due in the displayed consumer price is included. Delivery charges are shown before payment. For destinations outside the European Union, import duties, local taxes, and carrier clearance fees are normally payable by the recipient unless checkout expressly says they are included.

Payment is collected on Stripe’s secure hosted checkout. Iyrallicious does not receive or store your full card number. Available card or wallet methods are those Stripe presents for the order.

4. Placing an order

Review your items, contact details, delivery address, delivery charge, and total before opening payment. You may correct the bag or checkout information before submitting payment.

Your order becomes binding when payment is confirmed and Iyrallicious accepts it by order confirmation. An automated acknowledgement alone does not require acceptance where payment fails, information is materially incorrect, fraud is suspected, or an item is genuinely unavailable. If payment was collected for an order that cannot be accepted, it will be refunded.

5. Delivery

Iyrallicious ships only to the destinations listed in the Shipping policy. The applicable delivery charge is shown before payment. The delivery estimate supplied for the order is not guaranteed where delay is outside reasonable control, but statutory delivery rights remain fully available.

You are responsible for supplying a complete, accurate, and accessible delivery address. Contact Customer Care immediately if you notice an error; a change may not be possible after dispatch.

6. Withdrawal, returns, and refunds

Eligible consumers can withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods. The process, model withdrawal form, return-cost rules, refund timing, and hygiene exception for unsealed goods are set out in the Returns policy.

The hygiene exception does not remove your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or otherwise not conforming.

7. Legal guarantees

French consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects. The legal guarantee of conformity can be invoked for two years from delivery under its statutory conditions. Remedies may include bringing the product into conformity, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract as provided by law.

Contact Customer Care promptly with the order reference and clear evidence of the issue. These statutory guarantees apply independently of any optional commercial gesture.

8. Responsibility

Iyrallicious is responsible for performing its obligations under the contract and cannot exclude liability that the law does not permit it to exclude. It is not responsible for loss caused by your misuse of a product, inaccurate information you supplied, or an event outside reasonable control, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

9. Personal data

Personal data used to prepare, pay, deliver, support, and document an order is handled as described in the Privacy policy. Payment information is handled by Stripe under its own privacy terms.

10. Complaints and disputes

Send a written complaint to support@iyrallicious.com. Iyrallicious will try to resolve it directly. Details of the appointed French consumer mediator will be published in the Legal notice after the required service agreement is completed.

These terms are governed by French law. This choice does not deprive a consumer living elsewhere of mandatory protections granted by the law of their habitual residence or of any court jurisdiction available under applicable consumer law.

11. Changes

The version accepted when you place an order governs that purchase. Future changes apply only from their stated effective date and do not retroactively change completed contracts.
