Your 14-day withdrawal right

If the statutory distance-selling right applies to you, you have 14 days from the day you—or a person you nominate—receives the goods to tell us clearly that you are withdrawing from the purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

Email support@iyrallicious.com with your order reference and an unambiguous withdrawal statement, or use the model form below. Keep proof that you sent the notice.

Returning the goods

After notifying us, return eligible goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice. Customer Care will provide the applicable return instructions and return destination. Do not send a parcel before receiving those instructions.

You pay the direct return-postage cost for a change-of-mind return. Use tracked, suitably protected shipping and keep proof of dispatch. Iyrallicious pays or reimburses reasonable return costs where the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not conforming.

Sealed cosmetics and hygiene

The withdrawal right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after you unseal them. This can include a cosmetic product after its hygiene seal has been broken. Please inspect the outer packaging before opening a product if you may wish to return it.

This exception does not affect your rights for a faulty, damaged, incorrect, unsafe, or misdescribed product.

Condition and handling

You may handle eligible goods only as much as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what would reasonably be allowed in a shop.

Refund timing and method

For an eligible withdrawal, we refund the product price and the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery option offered for the order. Extra cost from choosing a more expensive delivery service is not reimbursed.

The refund is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold it until the returned goods arrive or you provide evidence of dispatch, whichever happens first. The original payment method is used unless you expressly agree otherwise, and no refund fee is charged.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect products

Email Customer Care as soon as reasonably possible with the order reference, a description, and clear photographs where useful. Do not dispose of the product or packaging until the case is reviewed. Your legal guarantee of conformity and hidden-defect rights remain available independently of the withdrawal process.
